Ombudsman Engages with Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation for Collaborative Partnership!
Tejan Ahmed Israel Jah Esq., the Ombudsman of Sierra Leone, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Director General of the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC), Madam Josephine Kamara, and her management team at Broadcasting House, New England Ville in Freetown. The visit aimed to foster a strong working relationship and to continue awareness campaigns.
During the meeting, Ombudsman Jah congratulated Madam Kamara on her recent assumption of office, highlighting the importance of SLBC as the national broadcaster and a crucial institution for potential partnership. He emphasized the role of his office, mandated to investigate complaints from the public regarding administrative actions of public officials, aligning with the government's commitment to revamp the civil and public service architecture.
